Three Sister’s Apothecary, also know as The Soap Cauldron have been creating artisan soap since 1999. Their handcrafted bar soaps are made in the time honored tradition of the first soap guilds of 7th century Europe. Now just as it was then each bar is handmade in small batches with only natural botanicals, pure essential and vegetable oils. From the early recipes coveted by these guilds, these beneficial ingredients nourish and support skin on a daily basis.
They named their company Three Sisters Apothecary after the three Yniguez sisters, Emma, Marlo and Pandora, of which Emma Mann is the youngest. These girls all two years apart in age, grew up together and spent many lazy Sunday afternoons harvesting herbs for their grandmother, a nurse. They learned early that nature can truly be therapeutic. The passing of Marlo in 2010, was the catalyst that inspired Emma to go forward and follow her dream of bringing back an all natural alternative to those seeking truly natural personal care. We hope you enjoy their products.
The Soap Cauldron attends our Farmers’ Market on Saturdays.

Using our mobile kitchen on location at farmers’ markets, Physis creates a variety of staple foods based on produce for sale at market that very same day. Many of our items either compliment a meal (such as soups, salads, & condiments) or cut steps out of preparation (cut vegetable mixes, stocks, & seasonings)
All of our products are made in small batches to preserve product quality and integrity. All products are packed in either biodegradable or recyclable containers. We use no additives or preservatives other than vegetable starch (thickener) and vitamin C (color preservative).
Bella Rosa Coffee has 5 fabulous blends to choose from. You can try them all at the market. Their flagship coffee, Morning Star is beautifully balanced, smooth, and rich. It is roasted Italian style, has a subtle caramel with spicy notes of white pepper and vanilla bean. Their French Roast is dark, rich, smooth, and full-bodied. Chocolately with notes of caramel and hazelnut. Never bitter. Never burned. If you like espresso nothing beats Bella Rosa’s Italian Espresso A big, bold, and smooth coffee roasted Tuscan style. The crema is thick, rich, and golden in color. Bittersweet chocolate with notes of dulce de leche. The Roaster’s Reserve is a compelling blend of Ethiopian and Colombian organic beans… Rich, full-bodied, and silky smooth on the palate. A true “Gout de Terre” aroma… Intense. Bold. Boasts flavors of old fashioned chocolate malted, Latakia tobacco, ripe apricot, and a melange of Silk Road spices. For a superb dessert coffee try their Decaffeinated. Beautifully balanced, low acidity, with notes of milk chocolate, Tahitian Vanilla and fresh almond on the finish.
